Receta para unas galletas espeluznantes
DEDOS DE BRUJA
INGREDIENTES: 50 g. de almendras crudas enteras 2 huevos ¼ cucharita de extracto de vainilla una taza de mantequilla ½ taza de azúcar glass 5 cucharadas de azúcar una pizca de sal 2/3 de taza de harina (le pusimos dos tazas y media)
PREPARACIÓN: Separar la yema de un huevo reservando la clara. Batir a mano esta yema junto al otro huevo y la vainilla. En un bol, combinar mantequilla, azúcar glas, azúcar, harina y sal. Mezclar ambos preparados con la batidora. Envolver la masa en papel film y dejar enfriar durante 30 min. Mientras, calentar el horno a 180º y preparar dos placas con papel de silicona o untadas con aceite vegetal. Dividir la masa en 15 trozos y darles forma de dedo. Colocar en las placas y situar las almendras como uñas. Hornear hasta que la masa esté ligeramente dorada entre 10 y 12 min. Dejar enfriar antes de servir.
